This old form of photography makes very attractive blue pictures. Thanks to Midge Battelle of Provincetown for the lessons and to Jim Bakker for encouragement!

The Malemijo Diaries

In 1976 the Zolins went bush and tried to live a self-determined life on a small acreage in East Gippsland. Lesley Zolin kept a diary through their years there and the family also published Gone Bush, a subscription-only magazine that covered philosophy, technology, animal husbandry and horticulture including 'how-to' instructions for everything from building a chook shed to pickling eggs. The diaries and past copies of Gone Bush are currently being turned into e-books and we plan to have them available for download soon.
